Nail File Grit Chart - Training that i had said to use a 180 grit file and another board i go too also say to use 180 grit for preparing the nail for gels, so many different thoughts on these. Also after removal, is everyone buffing nail and if so with what grit buffer? I was very happy with a particular cnd file (cant remember the name right now), but theyre quite pricey.
